I am not able to access the Course Content

If you have purchased an online course, and after signing in to the KnowledgeConnex Learning Management System (LMS) at elearningconnex.com, you do not see "Course Content" at the bottom of the page or "Start Course" or "Continue" on the blue button on the right side of the page (see screenshot) then please try the following steps:

1 - Refresh your browser

Depending on your operating system all you need to do is the following key combination:

Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5

2 - If refreshing your browser does not resolve the issue, then try to clear your browser cache.  Please click here to see instructions on how to clear the cache based on your browser.

3 - Try using another browser such as Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Opera.

4 - Try accessing from another computer or your mobile device.

Rationale:  Unfortunately, different browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc) and different versions of browsers behave differently.  Different devices will behave differently (iPhone, desktop, tablet, etc).  Therefore this is why you may need to refresh your browser, clear your cache, or try a different browser if you are experiencing an issue with not being able to access the course.
