If you have purchased an online course, and after logging into the KnowledgeConnex Learning Management System (LMS) at elearningconnex.com, you receive a message that states "You don't currently have access to this content", then please refer to the following information:
1 - Verify that you are using the username that was provided to you by KnowledgeConnex by referring to the email that we sent you.
2 - Verify that your course has not expired. You will have access to the course for 60 days after you receive the access instructions from KnowledgeConnex.

Depending on your operating system all you need to do is the following key combination:
Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
3 - If refreshing your browser does not resolve the issue, then try to clear your browser cache. Please click here to see instructions on how to clear the cache based on your browser.
