Therefore, if a credit card purchase is made on an association's website, then KnowledgeConnex will appear on your credit card statement and not the association name.

KnowledgeConnex is also listed on the confirmation email and the credit card receipt.

If you need for us to resend you a copy of the receipt, please visit us at https://www.knowledgeconnex.com/contact and provide the following from your credit card statement:

1. Cardholder's last name
2. Transaction date
3. Transaction amount
