If you can't see the selections when completing an online survey or ballot, there is a setting on your computer's browser or an outdated Internet Explorer version that is preventing the options from being displayed.
Here are a couple of options:
- Send the email to your phone and try accessing it via your phone
- Access it at a computer outside of your facility
- Access it using a different browser instead of Internet Explorer (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).
