I can not see the selections (radio buttons/checkboxes) when completing the online survey or ballot.

If you can't see the selections when completing an online survey or ballot, there is a setting on your computer's browser or an outdated Internet Explorer version that is preventing the options from being displayed.

Here are a couple of options:

  1. Send the email to your phone and try accessing it via your phone

  2. Access it at a computer outside of your facility

  3. Access it using a different browser instead of Internet Explorer (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).

  1. Association Name

  2. The title at the top of the survey or ballot
