Receiving Error Message "Oops something went wrong, support has been notified try again in a few minutes"

If you are receiving an error message "Oops something went wrong, support has been notified try again in a few minutes" this may mean that your employer firewall is blocking e-commerce transactions.

If your registration had processed successfully, then you would have received a confirmation email.

Here are a couple of options:

1 - Use your mobile device to register (phone, iPad, etc.)

2 - Use a computer outside of your organization

3 - Call us and we will register for you by phone. You can call KnowledgeConnex at 888.391.0977 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
