I do not recognize a charge on my credit card statement.

KnowledgeConnex provides website services for professional associations. 

Therefore, if a credit card purchase is made on an association's website, then KnowledgeConnex will appear on your credit card statement and not the association name.

KnowledgeConnex is also listed on the confirmation emails, the shopping cart, and on the credit card receipt.

If you need for us to resend you a copy of the receipt, please email support@knowledgeconnex.com or call 888.391.0977 (Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST) and provide the following from your credit card statement:

  1. Cardholder's last name
  2. Transaction date
  3. Transaction amount
