There is a setting on your computer's browser or an outdated Internet Explorer version that is preventing the options from being displayed.
Here are a couple of options:
- Send the email to your phone and try accessing via your phone
- Access at a computer outside of your facility
- Access using different browser instead of Internet Explorer (e.g. FireFox, Chrome, or Safari).
