I need the meeting CE form.

All paid attendees will be sent an email the week after the meeting or webinar with a link to an online evaluation and CE.

If there is a delay in receiving your meeting registration fee, then you will receive this evaluation/CE email once your payment has been received.

If you need further assistance, please contact us and provide the following:

  1. Association Name
  2. Meeting Name or Date
  3. Registrant's Name
